“Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans is in trouble with the law … again … after the 19-year-old was arrested for violating her probation in North Carolina yesterday.

Officials have not released any further details on Evans’ arrest.

Evans was sentenced to 12 months probation after pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia back in April.

UPDATE: Jenelle’s lawyer tells TMZ … Evans had a meeting with her parole officer yesterday and tested positive for marijuana and opiates.

We’re told Evans was arrested and placed behind bars on $10,000 bond … but she was eventually released.

She’s due back in court on August 24.

Michael Jackson‘s mom has personally reached out to some of the biggest music stars in the world in the hopes of getting them to perform at the big MJ tribute show in October … but only ONE of them is a definite YES … TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the concert tell us … Jay-Z, Kanye West, Cee Lo, Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Christina Aguilera, Usher and Bruno Mars have each received an invitation (pictured above) from Katherine Jackson … asking them to perform 1 or 2 of their favorite MJ songs in Cardiff, Wales on Oct. 8.

Katherine promises each star who signs on will be provided with “first class travel accommodations.”

We’re told Chris Brown, Justin Bieber and Bruno Mars have each respectfully declined the invite due
to scheduling conflicts … however, Christina and Kanye are leaning towards “Yes.”

As for the one person who’s already signed on the dotted line — sources tell us Cee Lo from Gnarls Barkley was quick to commit.

Tickets to the event have not gone on sale yet — but promoters say they will become available once a complete line-up is booked.

The budget for “Batman: The Dark Knight Rises” might have just jumped up another six figures — because last Friday, Catwoman‘s stunt double BARRELED through a super-expensive IMAX camera … and TMZ has the crushing footage.

It’s unclear who messed up — the stunt-double or the cameraman — but either way, the camera appeared to be blown to smithereens.

It was all shot outside some building at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh — which, we’re told, is supposed to be Gotham City Hall in the movie.

Thankfully, no one was hurt — and with a budget of $250 MILLION … a broken camera’s just a drop in the bucket.

Sources close to production tell us both the camera and the cameraman were not injured during the incident — but if you look closely, you can SEE camera shrapnel … and fixing those things ain’t cheap!

A rep for Warner Bros. had no comment.

Romo and Austin hit up the Mayan Palace movie theaters in San Antonio Sunday night to check out “The Rise of the Planet of the Apes” — but not before blasting some Klingon scum on the Star Trek: Voyager arcade game … together.

Miami Heat star Chris Bosh adamantly denies sabotaging his baby mama’s career on “Basketball Wives,” TMZ has learned — months after she accused him of turning the show’s producers against her.

As we previously reported, Bosh’s ex Allison Mathis claims she had brokered a $250,000 deal with “BW” producers to appear on the show — but Bosh threatened to sue if that happened, so the producers caved … and axed Allison after she had already taped two episodes.

But Bosh claims it’s all BS — firing back with his own legal docs in Orange County, Florida … insisting it’s not his fault producers decided to cut Allison from the show.

According to Bosh, whatever he may or may not have said to producers … his intention was never to ruin Allison’s career — he was merely “acting to protect his own economic or financial interests.”

As a result, Bosh insists he shouldn’t have to pay Allison squat for the entire ordeal — and wants a judge to trash her lawsuit.

Calls to Allison’s attorney were not returned.

Donna D’Errico is canceling her life-long dream quest to find Noah’s Ark because she fears if she makes the trip … she might never return.

D’Errico announced her plans in January to head out on an expedition to Mount Ararat in Turkey — where the Bible says the Ark came to rest — something she’s wanted to do since she was a little girl. She’s been training to make the climb for the past 12 weeks and it’s all been filmed for an eight-part documentary.

But now D’Errico is scrapping the plans, telling TMZ she now fears for her safety if she goes.

First, her hiking partner canceled because of death threats. Then, her guide (a local Kurdish man) “relentlessly attempted to talk [her] out of” going … and eventually he jumped ship as well.

It’s probably best she leaves the treasure hunting to the experts … like Indiana Jones or The Goonies.

Singer Gavin DeGraw was hospitalized after he was viciously assaulted by multiple attackers late Sunday night in New York City … TMZ has learned.

A source close to Gavin tells TMZ the singer — who lives in New York City — was outnumbered by several people during the attack.

Gavin’s rep says he is still under observation at Bellevue Hospital tonight … but would not be specific about his injuries.

Gavin has been touring with Train and Maroon 5 … and their next stop was scheduled for Tuesday night in Saratoga Springs, NY.

A famous German rapper is being sued for allegedly punching a woman in the face and breaking her nose during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2009  … TMZ has learned.

Alessandra Mendes claims she was minding her own business on the dance floor during a party for a beverage called Stander … when some “drunk and unruly” dude named Giwar Hajabi — aka Xatar – bumped into her friend.

In her lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, Mendes claims she asked Hajabi to leave them alone … but instead, he pushed her and pulled her hair. Mendes says Hajabi then, “stepped on [my] foot and punched [me] in the nose.”

In her suit, Mendes points out that she is 5’4″ and 120 lbs … and Xatar is 6’0″ and 235 lbs.

Mendes claims Xatar “had a known reputation for drunken , unruly and combative and violent behavior, but [Playboy, Stander and the party promoters] allowed Hajabi on to the premises” anyway.

In the docs, Mendes claims while she was bleeding profusely, she was “simply escorted to a shuttle bus” and taken to her car without any medical attention.

Mendes is suing Xatar, Playboy, Stander and the promoters for unspecified damages.

Attempts to reach Xatar were unsuccessful. Calls to Playboy have not been returned.
